In 2026, he expanded into ground-up construction, further advancing his vision of building a scalable development business.

Returns are distributed according to the investment structure, with regular updates and transparent reporting provided. In typical situations, interest only payments are paid monthly.

Yes! you can request return of your funds at anytime prior to the investment maturity. Because funds are deployed into real estate assets, we do ask that you do not invest money that you may need in the near future and allow for two-three weeks for return of your funds after request.

Each investment is protected, secured and insured by a real estate asset. We protect your investment with a signed Promissory Note, secure your investment with a recorded Deed of Trust on the investment property, and you are added to the property insurance policy.
